With sentence no. 5/2018, the Constitutional Court has declared the questions of constitutional legitimacy of the legislation which has widened the number of compulsory vaccinations partly inadmissible and partly unfounded (Legislative Decree 73/2017 - Urgent provisions on vaccine prevention and subsequent amendments introduced at the headquarters of conversion with law no. 119/2017).
